How to Rent Our Homes

Step 1:Fill out an application online using our website, or in person at the Devoe Realty office. A complete application should be submitted with your state ID card, proof of income, utility bill, and the contact information of your current and previous landlords. An Earnest Money Deposit is required before your application is processed. Once approved this deposit will be applied to your security deposit and/or rent.

Step 2:Once your application is approved you will need to pay the deposit within 24 hours. At that time you will receive an electronic lease to be completed before your move in date.

Step 3:Pay your remaining balance and receive your keys

Note: If you decide not rent the home after your application has been approved, your deposit will be forfeited for lost rents, administrate costs, advertising, and holding costs.
